Clergy and Staff St. Philip's Episcopal Church enjoys the dedicated services of clergy, staff members and volunteers who help fulfill our mission. ![]() - Rector Fr. Frank came to St. Philip’s as Rector and Priest in January 2005. He celebrates the 20th year of his ordination in December 2010. He is married to Deborah (Debi) Stewart Sierra and they will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in September 2010. They have two sons, Jeremy and Jason. Both are out of college; Jeremy is living in New York City, NY attending the New School of Writing, working on his Masters degree in Creative Writing. He is currently employed as office manager for The Church of the Transfiguration in New York City. Jason is working for the Church Center of the Episcopal Church as an Associate in Young-Adult Ministry. He works out of a satellite office in Seattle, WA and travels all over the United States.
